“SAFE BANCHINA” IN ALL THE PORTS AND MARINE ASSOCIATES FOR 2,500 BOATS
Safe charter holidays and safe sailing thanks to a single anti-Covid-19 protocol adopted by all ports and associated marinas. It is the proposal of the Tuscan Marine Consortium that brings together six realities from the region.
A total of 2,500 berths for boats ranging from 5 to over 100 meters available for all the tourist season and also in the autumn.
The ports are equipped with a protocol that respects the health regulations contained in the legislative devices and offer boaters a special setting up on the piers and in the landing places in transit with a stretch of “safe quay”, delimited and subject to constant sanitation, dedicated to yachts, to vessels in transit and charters. Next to the safe dock service, there is a reception service for the completion of all arrival procedures safely, without the need for the captain or shipowner to go to the port offices or to the port reception.
Marine della Toscana stands as a safe hub for yacht charter and in the coming days the project will also be presented to all Tuscan ports and marinas for the construction of a network of landings with facilitated mobility, agreed prices and insured moorings.
The Consortium already includes Marina Cala de’ Medici SpA, the company that manages the homonymous tourist port of Rosignano, the cooperative L’Ormeggio di Marina di Salivoli, Yacht Broker and Viareggio Porto 2020, Porto Azzurro on the Isola d’Elba and Marina Arcipelago Toscano (with 656 berths) soon to be built to increase the capacity to accommodate megayachts in the Piombino area with a complex overlooking the sea dedicated to also host fishing boats and towns, shipyards and a dedicated area to trailerable pleasure boating.
To these six marines, other realities are being added that are formalizing their adhesion.
The Consortium has started a process of internationalization and promotion, under the Tuscany brand, of the best of the tourism boating reality of the region. A strategy that the Tuscany Region has already adopted with the Costa Toscana projects Tuscan Islands and which will be resumed as soon as the Covid-19 emergency is over.

Una strategia che la Regione Toscana ha già adottato con i progetti Costa Toscana | Isole Toscane e che sarà ripreso non appena superata l’emergenza Covid-19.
