Consorzio Marine della Toscana – confirmed Ratti, new Board of Directors with Tempesti vice-president, Pagnini, Fucile and Bastianini
Consorzio Marine della Toscana grows and takes shape, defining the guidelines for the 2023 season on which the new CDA will be engaged: digitalisation, smart management of the marinas, new green energies, staff training, internationalization and enhancement of the Tuscan territory, together to excellence in services. These are just some of the topics discussed during the shareholders’ meeting, held in Rosignano Marittimo on 29 May.
The assembly also appointed the CDA, which saw Matteo Italo Ratti, CEO of Marina Cala de’ Medici, confirmed as president for the next three years, Simone Tempesti of Porto di Pisa appointed Vice-president, with responsibility for developing relations with the territory, Moreno Pagnini of iCare – Viareggio Porto 2020 with responsibility for investments, Lio Bastianini of Marina Arcipelago Toscano, contact person for the training and team building area and Michela Fucile of Yacht Broker with responsibility for developing relations with trade associations.
Pietro Angelini, general manager of NAVIGO, confirmed as general Manager of the Consortium, having at the end of 2019 started the path of the Tuscan aggregate which today counts 11 participating structures for a total of 5000 berths between Marina Cala De’ Medici Spa, Marina di Salivoli, Yacht Broker, ViareggioPorto2020, Porto Azzurro, Azimut Benetti with both berths Lusben in Viareggio and Livorno, Porto di Pisa, Porta a Mare in Livorno, Marina dei Presìdi and Marina Arcipelago Toscano.
